Idk why but I always thought that avad's father Jiran was the genetic clone of faro, mainly because they never showed his face in hzd(he has a statue but the face is broken of of the statue), also because Jiran was a tyrant and killed lots of innocents. Ofc Faro destroyed all of humanity...

I do find the shortened gestation suprising, if anything I would have thought that it would have been longer. Humans are born earlier in development than any other species purely due to the fact that we have a large head to contain our large brain & if left any longer than 9 months a baby would not fit through the pelvis. A problem that would not exist when gestated artificially.

If im remembering correctly, I do believe there was one other Nora NPC who had the mark of the Death Seeker. Her name is Marea, and she's the woman who like Aloy won the proving during her time.

I think this is a good theory. I also suspect that Sylens either knew or suspected that the Zeniths' process of prolonging their lives had some subtle side effects. They were always greedy and selfish, but there's little reason to believe they started out as stupid and short-sighted as they ended up. Sylens' intuition may have led him to question whether their form of immortality carried a risk he dreaded - that he would become so focused on immortality that he would lose the capacity for insight and planning and manipulation that were his greatest assets. Maybe he had dual goals: digital immortality, or just a better way to achieve corporeal immortality. Either one might have suited him. He could pursue them both by remaining on Earth. For now.

One takeaway from the Horizon games is that in the future, people will wear pajamas all the time.

Nicely done and a great refresh for me. Haven't actually finished HZD yet, started it as one of two PS exclusives (the other being Days Gone) I got to break in a new gaming PC in 2021 but after 120 hours in Days Gone and 80 hours into HZD in a little over a month I burned out lol, as much as I loved both games. I'm about to get back into and finish HZD before HFW so a refresher is nice and I don't mind some spoilers as after all, it's about the journey and tbf there's few games that are as beautiful a trip. As to the lore though, once again I'm left feeling that a prequel game exploring events and pov's during that downfall of mankind could be so damn good. Of course, we know how that ends... like we all did for, say, Halo: Reach... but it's that journey and I believe done right it could be beyond epic. If anything, the detail you've added here as to how that played out adds more to that idea than when I first had it playing through the game 2 years ago. Anyway, enough of my flights of fancy. Again, nicely done and I'll be watching some more of your content down the line.
