Nice load. I love to see a good trailer rebuild. I've done quite a few myself. First let me say though the problem with even good straps is loads shift and settle and straps loosen. I just about lost a load the other day and I'm still thinking about how I should have pulled over one more time to tighten the straps. Lesson learned hopefully. Some sides will give you more peace of mind with small items to make sure they don't get away. What I have been using for that sort of thing is the insulated metal garage door panels. I'm talking about the metal clad foam core ones. I get them everywhere here. Perhaps you can find some. They come in very long lengths and they are light and strong and easy to fabricate with. Those penny LED lights are great and you can put them everywhere. I have ones on the front of my trailer fenders so when I look through my side mirrors I can always see whether the trailer is getting power so I always know whether my signal lights are working. Very important. Finally i would suggest getting those trailer wiring boxes from Princess Auto or elsewhere. You can put 2 or even 3 per trailer and it makes it really easy to troubleshoot wiring problems if all the connections occur in boxes. Good luck! I'll be following closely!!

Are you putting 1-or 3-foot-high sides on. Taller sides would require a ramp on the back, but you could still lift scrape out of a low sided trailer.

@@nicejunk666 I got quite a few of them over the years when I use to have the scrap account at the campground 4 miles away. sold the good ones whole and the little rough ones i stripped down to the frames and most times i left the original floors on them and sold them. couple i cut the frames up too because they were bad/questionable. I still have 4 in my yard that i have full of extra storage and 2 in my overflow lot to cut up yet. .
