You are missing the point. You get the quicksilver one when you don’t qualify for the regular quicksilver. A $39 annual fee is low for a bad credit (credit card). The do eventually upgrade you when you qualify after a year to year and half. Capital one is one of the only companies that report to all 3 credit report companies. Plus they up your limits every 6 months or so if you keep your credit in good standing!

I would go for the Quick Silver in that series. With the Savor series, I actually went with the no fee Savor One.

I had the QuickSilver One for at least a year with on time payment. I paid a car loan off have another Car loan in good standing. 10K in Savings and checking and they still did not approve my Business Spark Credit Card. So now I am with Navy Federal Credit Union recently and I am happy…! I still have Capital One but my direct deposit is mostly at NFCU… What do you think is there a way to get out of the bucket with Capital One?

I got an offer from Capital One for this credit card in the mail, offering 0% APR balance transfer. I applied, got approved for the card, but didn’t get the balance transfer which is what I really needed it for. Can this still come later on?
