As Ukrainian I dont agree with what you said. 1. Mudryk and Zinchenko are not the best players in Premier League. Zabarnyi is the best. He is our Ukrainian Van Dijk, irreplaceable centerback. Ofcourse its fair to say Dovbyk the best at all, but most of Ukrainians, who has more than CR7 and Messi ball knowledge, will say that Tsygankov is number 1 player for at least last 5-6 years. And on Euro I am almost sure you will see that.

That's why I don't really trust FIFA ranking. Each football era there are only 10-12 really good national teams. As of now, Morocco is ranked 13th, Mexico (my country) is 14th, and Uruguay 15th. There's no doubt Morocco and Uruguay are A LOT better.

Wales and Poland also are Underdogs. Wales wins the group with Russia, England and Slovakia, eliminates Northern Ireland en 1/16, Belgium in Quarter Finals and loses against Portugal, te champions this year. Poland ends the Group Stage with the same points than Germany but ended second, the other members of the group are Northern Ireland and Ukraine. In 1/16 finals defeat Switzerland in penalties but lost against Portugal in penalties.
