Sorry, i switched off when you mistakenly stated that you get warmer temperatures. Unless you have rewritten the laws of physics and thermodynamics, temperature is a numerical measurement of available heat. You can have hot or cold (even warmer) conditions but not temperatures. I just tried to harvest a carrot two days ago and when I tugged gentle on the top it came off immediately, I saw the carrot underneath was less than an inch wide still, but since it lost its top I tried to harvest it anyways and it just broke off where I grabbed and turned to mush. Not sure if it was just way too soon or if the carrot was rotting or something.

Cayenne pepper clogged my sprayer. 😡 Probably better to use whole peppers and let them soak for a day or so. Garlic would probably do the same. I’d use whole garlic and strain it into your spray bottle. Just my experience that’s all.
