I think I am right in saying that the light used for all of these double slit measurements is a laser beam emitted photon. Surely this simply describes a laser photon interaction? Sunlight is unlikely to share the exact same properties or traits and so 'what's being claimed' might have little to no 'real world' value in respect to our natural interactive state.

I'd caution against the conclusion that the observer effect means consciousness can affect matter. Physicists have posited other possibilities. Check other videos on the topic. Thankfully, scientific knowledge changes when sufficient evidence warrants it. If the phenomenon is real, I'm not aware of any repeatable experiment that has supported it. Now, of course there all sorts of anecdotal claims offered up and while those are interesting, they can't be used as empirical data I'd love to be wrong though 😅 it would be amazing!
