June 20, from approx 1300-1700 I was in the Lytton area and watched trains -is it possible that I saw this train? there were quite a few, but one with CP and KCS upfront and then a single KCS mid and end seems a bit unique, isn't it? can't make top videos with my mobile, but just sitting there is also nice, and then at home enjoy videos of professionals -well done

Hello! This video was taken in May so it would have been a different train. CP is now CPKC and they have lots of KCS stuff mixed around with the trains now. CPKC has already painted a new unit, look up CP 9375.

I like the idea of switching angles for viewing the freight trains. It's very clever, and it reminds me of train simulation games. Nice work!

Do HO layouts resemble the real thing, or does the real thing resemble an HO layout? I'm always struck by how tiny these enormous, rumbling, powerful machines look in the midst of nature---like toys, really.

There is nothing cooler on the current day railroads than a Cowl Unit Freight Diesel Locomotive. Cowl Unit Diesels are good for cold weather, which is why they may one day be implemented to work if the Alaska-Alberta Railway is ever built.

You have all my empathy. I'm sorry you have to work in such a hostile and ugly environment. Lol😂....... Absolutely stunning territory! Question: does the river always run that dirty-brown or is it just because of snow melt runoff?......I don't want to insult your River🫠🤣 Thanks for taking us along!
