This time we got paid for the clean up. The first clean up that took twice as long we did do for free. 🫣 it was so bad and the little old lady that owned it had such a sad story. To be fair it is in a well traveled area of our town so it did get us a lot of exposure to show the work we can do! Thanks for taking the time to watch!

There aren’t many options for the discharge. We have the fence on one side and the neighbors on the other. This seemed like the easiest option.

The grass was so tall it would have looked like it was scalped at almost any height. This was a first clean up cut for a Bahia lawn. If I remember correctly it was cut around 3 1/2”. Thanks for watching

We actually have a mulch kit. The lawn was too tall and thick to mulch it down. It would be too much grass matter to leave on the lawn.

Pretty sweet little mower! Seems to give a nice clean cut. I'm not sold on electric mowers yet, but they have definitely evolved quickly

The mower in this video I think 🤔 had around 1K hours on it when we did this. We still have the mower, we purchased it in 2017. It now has over 2,200 hours and we still mow with it! Has been an all around FANTASTIC mower for us! Thanks for watching and commenting!

My first day out with my HART 40v Trimmer and I think I'm going to like this battery action I see you're really getting some good use out of the Ryobi I used it on 2 houses and still had 2 bars left so I'm assuming I can get 4. Is that the factory head or Speed feed?

The Ryobi comes with a speed feed style head it works decent but, I'm gonna switch all of them out with an echo head. The head used in this video was an echo speed feed.
