Great compilation. My favourite track by Mark Knopfler is Going Home (theme music of the film Local Hero), may be a nice addition to this. There's a brilliant extended version of that track with contributions from loads of guitarists here - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/sKh3oJqYr9q3ink.html Is that the A1(M)? It's so flat and featureless after you get out of London. I think it works with the music, you kind of ignore the non-scenery anyway, but you have the sense of travelling. Top stuff.

Apart from the glorious Dire Straits, there was so much brilliant music in the 70-80s that you could even go to excellent live concerts on Monday and payed maybe €10 for it... And today? A lot of commercial crap and 100€ for NOTHING... (and no chicken for free!)

Great music, excellent playing, nice music for relaxation, but .. the video gives me anxiety! Clearly the driver is exceeding the speed limit and “over-driving” road conditions considering the narrow lanes and the amount of large vehicle traffic not to mention the driver wandering all over his lane! Not at all conducive to relaxation. Fortunately my Sony smart TV lets me turn off the picture while continuing to listen to the audio through my high-end audio system via ARC.
