Nop, it is activation issue, not network lock!

Your iPhone was already unlocked. Under cellular in settings it had "carrier" when your iPhone has that it means it's already unlocked to any carrier.

All this shown on the videos, look at tutorial manual videos on this channel. You need insert RSIM vs your new SIM card to iPhone, then go to settings-phone-sim applications and here choice your original carrier where your iPhone is locked to and select unlock method or use imsi code menu to enter your carrier code manually. I was able to unlock a Sprint Iphone 5S using this 7dollar RSIM 12 (normal unlock will run to over 100 dollars) and my experience is so far great and i get my real phone number and even my carrier is identified properly under carrier. I used the 3G/4G Supreme Sharp Mode. But i have a small issue...under the settings>>phone>>SIM Application i only get the RSIM options and not my Carrier's SIM Application options. Any body help please...

Got R-SIM 12 about 1 week ago, just tested it on iPhone 5 Sprint now - but looks like it can't unlock it, will try all options and setting and then I'll upload new video tutorial for R-SIM 12 on this channel. Now about your question - as I know with R-SIM you never get "Carrier's SIM Application", only "RSIM options". So, if you have working USSD commands with your R-SIM 12, then you can get all stuff from "Carrier's SIM Application" true USSD command, all carriers usually duplicate it. keep trying coz mine was OS 11.1.2 and above all odds it worked. i can use the USSDs but the function am interested in, called MPESA, comes with the SIM and there are no USSDs for the same. Also they got an app which works in tandem with the SIM, especially when it comes to imputing the pin, but the app gives an option to input the pin but the phone doesn't promote me for the same (probably because of the RSIM options that are in the SIM Application where the Carrier's options are).

Be warned do not remove you sim card from your phone, or reset or update your iphone after you use the RSIM to unlock it>>>did it and mine no longer works...I will have to purchase another RSIM which am not sure whether it will work anyways..
