Don't have 5C to test it for you, sorry. But for 4G better to try R-SIM 11+, usual R-SIM 11 has problems with 4G. Calls will works, and all other services must works same as shown on my videos with R-SIM & iPhone 5 Sprint. But best way is official unlock!

Hi, don't understand you question at all - is it "works fine with my lte sim" or " locked it cant receive call or text"... You may try switch to 2G mode in iOS settings or use another R-SIM mode.

Looks like you do not know nothing about it... So, R-SIM will works world wide with any operator if you know correct IMSI network code where your device is locked to. For example - If youк iPhone originally purchased in AT&T USA and locked to this networks, then you can choice US AT&T from R-SIM setup menu and reboot your device, but if there is no your operator name in setup menu, then you need to use IMSI menu and enter correct IMSI code. Total fake is when it fake really or when it setup wrong. I use one of my iPhones with R-SIM 11 every day, it shown on the videos - iPhone 5 Sprint iOS 10.3 If you need help with setup - then explain your problem, but don't say fake without arguments. R-SIM is not stable, there is no any official support, but it is works and it can be used as solution for networks locked iPhones.
