I was trying to pull my timing cover off with out messing with my exhaust cam. But I did get it off. Two adjustable box end wrenches. But this was great for getting my sensor out. Thank you!

hey man, Those extra turns on the rebound adjuster (where its turning, but not clicking), does that occur when the fork hadn't been correctly setup/assembled (like you show with your procedure? Do you find that after a while the stiction returns? Thanks :)

Yes that happened when the “nut” is not set correctly. As for stiction…Aw long as you maintain and keep them clean. Stiction should not come back…but if you have to use the grease trick it is very possible it will return, when the grease wears out.

Hey bro I'm finally to the point on my bill to where the car has been painted I've got it back I sent the engine off to the machine shop got it rebuilt I have it back now One thing I want to do is do away with all the admissions vacuum lines and whatnot is there anywhere that I can go and find that information and find out what I can disconnect and what I can't disconnect? Thank you

No this is a common problem. The factory tensioner wears out before the chain does.

If my chain is at top dead center could the tensioner still be the reason it gives it the rattling noise?

It’s almost always the tensioner…unless you have a broken guide or the chain is stretched.

Okay thank you. My tensioner comes in today. Hoping it fixes my issue. Top dead center line seems a little difficult to find. Is it just at the bottom portion of the split? And I line the line above the T to it?

You go a full revolution on the tensioner bolt not the 12mm bolt where you turn it to top dead center correct?

Overnight soak with PB Blaster allowed me to remove 5 of the frozen turbine housing bolts. I snapped of the first one by not waiting for a soak and using the torch with PB, the overnight soak is important!

You have to heat them up and pull them out. They are a tight fit.

Important note, loose the top triple 6mm clamp before loosening the 30mm fork cap(or 22mm for my 2015 daytona) this is critical, and I stripped mine badly not knowing why it was so over torqued.
