That means legs 🦵. They're writing Legeslation. Legs are short for legislation. It's also a artistic tip about Black's and their legality bc of their race in relation to the overseas mixed mermaids "that don't take priority to Black Americans ". 😅😅😅😅😅😅. Yeah this light is surprisingly bright. It can light up the whole room without any other lights and it dims if you want to reduce the light a bit.
