At 7:40 , you did the mod (removing the blocker to the hole) I was considering trying. Extremely helpful video. Both of my sunroof weeps are apparently clogged in my JX35 Infinity. Got so frustrated with the similar issue in my Volvo XC 90 that i pulled the fuse for the sunroof and totally sealed that useless thing up with a hardening sealer from a popular National windshield company. I'm having a lot of electrical problems with my 10 g37 all wheel drive. Come to find out there's a self-diagnostic mode in the radio. I've had a lot of key fob issues and then the car started overheating the last time I was using it I don't know what the hell's going on any info would be lovely

I have a 2010 G37x with 171K miles, not sure if the serpentine belt changed anytime. Recently I found a squeaky noise and ordered a belt from amazon. I felt opening the filter change cover underneath ( no need to remove the entire cover) and removing the coolant reservoir is good enough to the change the belt easily. Bit tricky to push the belt inside the tensioner, once that is done from the underneath, I could work from both top and underneath to place the belt properly. Your video was helpful, especially the diagram. Thank you.

Thanks for this tutorial video! I just replaced my g37 start/stop button with the GTR one. It's not the easiest mod you can do but I got it done in under 30 minutes and in the end, very worth it! I just took my time. I also didn't swap the leds over as the GTR yellow on red looks pretty good to me.

For those with limited tools and/or stripped pulley bolts, u can replace it without taking anything off. (Besides coolant reservoir). The diagram he has is misleading for the sedan, look it up on Google, and put the belt on the left 2 pulleys. Put it in the general location it should go on the right, if u have the belt around the 2 pulleys on the left it should have the belt flip (direction you need) which is the correct direction for the tensioner. Grab the bottom of the belt on the right side and slip it through, pull the belt and it should be easy to slip it around the tensioner part!

Here's a much easier way. First, locate the drain at the firewall. Snap the baffle off since it just holds debris in place and is a PART of the problem. Second, locate the drain opening in the sunroof assembly and pour a little water into the opening (unless it's already moist-this should help if there's a dried up plug in there). Third, using heavy duty (.095 thick) spiral string trimmer line, cut a piece long enough to feed from the drain opening in the sunroof, and fish it all the way until you can see it through the firewall opening. Then pull and push the line back and forth while twisting as well. This effectively "roto rooters" the drain. Lastly, test by pouring water into the drain opening and repeat as necessary. Also, when attempting to dry out the carpeting and underlayment, dont rely on just the air to dry it out. Use a product called damp rid or even uncooked rice since it's a great desiccant(although you'd have to vaccum it up).

Wrap the lower headers with heat shield too to protect the transmission and keep it cooler

I have a 2011 g37 convertible and like you, I just put in Kenetix HF Cats and went with the Beluga axle back to keep it somewhat tame. Doing a the intake now, which leaves me interested in the ekutek tune. Do you know if the tuner who did your g37, is a master tuner with the capability to do the tune remotely?

I have a leak on my drivers side.... only when it rains the carpet gets saturated... def something is clogged need to fix it.

You can avoid this nonsense by extending the drain hose to a wye in the condensate drain under the passenger carpet...

Not sure if any of yall still have yall g37 or g35 but the common problem that the symptoms your telling me is the 2 intake valve solenoid. Change those before listening to ppl talking bout galley gaskets or crank shaft position sensors. Thank me later. I just saved 2 of my boys these headaches and their car is running fine now
