Hey, just some insight, atleast for me, the portraits of the characters look way way too real, i think you should try to make the pixel art from the game and the portraits to kind of match and make them not so disruptive between them, anyways the rest is looking so cool so keep up the good work :)

Procedural animation is *so difficult* and you're doing GREAT. Also, SDFs are kind of a nightmare to work with in a way that is unlike any other method I've ever used. It's very cool that you got it to work with the textures you were already using.

What is this copypasta Acerola-style video? Yet another graphics guy with another cringe-meme filled video. It was only 10 seconds and I was about to click off. Hopefully you find your own style instead of copying other people. EDIT: Video content was great, so glad it was only 6 or so minutes, had to watch at nearly 3x speed to skip over all the cringe and pointless filler content. I leave this comment for constructive criticism. Your game looks amazing and I got to see how SDFs had a key impact over Polygons. But I can't enjoy your videos when they're unoriginal and filler. i think your portraits are too photorealistic. if that's what you want, then it's fine. but i think the reason you didn't like them wasn't because they weren't enough colors, it's that they have too many colors & too high a resolution.

I find it personally sad that realtime combat is considered better than turn-based combat by many gamers. I personally like turn based better because I like my games relaxing and realtime is stressful. But your game looks cool

The graphics and animation are stunning. What will this game be outside of creating and battling creatures? Steam page lists it as RPG and adventure but I haven't seen any of those aspects, or an area outside of the neighborhood, unless ive missed something in the devlogs. Do you plan to make a story and more of the map? (Its honestly fine if the final product is just a creature battle simulator lol but the rpg tag makes me want to ask)
