You can do it with a USB-A port and a retifier diode in series, to avoid heat you also put a 10uH inductor in series, you can also add an LED to indicate charging. Zero cost circuit maked by me, i learn put this inductor recently before the circuit was overheatig. Geetings from Brasil! 👍

Ich habe Hauptcontroller + Untercontroller von Brainpower jeder Controller hat 48V + Current 38A ! Wenn ich den Akku mit Y Parallel Kabel alle zwei Controller anstecken und danach einmal zum Akku habe ich dann nicht 38A current x 2= 76A Current?? Denn bei Parallel bleibt 48V gleich und Ampere werden zusammen gezählt bei Akkus zum Beispiel. Ist das bei den 2x Controller Set auch so?? MfG.

Hello! I'm currently putting 2x controllers and 2x motors in my scooter. 2WD Dualtron 2x 48V 1000W motors and I have 1x main controller + 1x subcontroller! Question: Do I have to connect all 2 controllers with Y cable parallel cable, these two controllers together and then connect them once to the 48V 24Ah battery? The main controller and sub-controller are connected with a 5 pin connector and on the main controller there is 1x display connector + 1x 3 pin gas connector. Or do I just have to connect the main controller once to the 48V 24Ah battery?

Cell 2 was 3.69v surely this cell is bad should it not be 4.20 after being fully charged by a Nor test?

I think that it's not much efficient. If the effective motor power is 1500W, you should reach much more speed. My DIY 500W bike can travel at 50km/h with an efficency of 0.63, i think that you can improve that! Whatever, very nice project!

You need the big black wires or else the power delivered to the contacts will be reduced. The small black wire is connected to the microswitch in the handle and this triggers the electronics in the big black box to deliver the timed power to the electrodes. You cannot use a car battery as there is no way to control the power to the electrodes. The electrodes will be connected to the battery directly so as soon as the electrodes connect to the nickel strip power completing the circuit the weld will occur without power control. The power control will be how long you keep the electrodes touching the nickel strip. Obviously this is unworkable as the welds will be horrible. You essentially need the complete setup for the spot welder to work properly.
