At the old tecnical school we learn " controler forward and reverse using contactor magnetic by 220v ac....replace the coil with 12vdc...and dont forget to use relay 12vdc for safety.

Hello! I'm currently putting 2x controllers and 2x motors in my scooter. 2WD Dualtron 2x 48V 1000W motors and I have 1x main controller + 1x subcontroller! Question: Do I have to connect all 2 controllers with Y cable parallel cable, these two controllers together and then connect them once to the 48V 24Ah battery? The main controller and sub-controller are connected with a 5 pin connector and on the main controller there is 1x display connector + 1x 3 pin gas connector. Or do I just have to connect the main controller once to the 48V 24Ah battery?

Hi, I know it's a year late but you really don't want to do that. Most motor controllers rely on reading the current draw in each coil to determine the position of the rotor. This is used for soft-starting the motor, i.e. avoiding large current spikes when starting the motor up

Hello I have been doing this same test on my scooter . I noticed with my two controllers that are 48v 1000w that only the assist controller has self learning wires. So I can get self learning speed up to work with 1 wheel like u did in ur video. What about self learning on the main wheel. So we can get the low torque right on both wheels.

Ich habe Hauptcontroller + Untercontroller von Brainpower jeder Controller hat 48V + Current 38A ! Wenn ich den Akku mit Y Parallel Kabel alle zwei Controller anstecken und danach einmal zum Akku habe ich dann nicht 38A current x 2= 76A Current?? Denn bei Parallel bleibt 48V gleich und Ampere werden zusammen gezählt bei Akkus zum Beispiel. Ist das bei den 2x Controller Set auch so?? MfG.

Hello. Your video it really great. But please tell me if i have two controllers but there is the option of three speed witch. How do i connect the wires ? do you think i can use one switch wit three speed option to connect two controllers together ? or i need to have a second switch ? an connect them separately ? thank you for your help an answer.

just use Flipsky VESC6.6 its a single controller for two motors can be use for different types of electric ride like skateboard escooter ebike

Thanx for the video....In my dual motor scooter I upgraded my 52V battery from 20 Ah to 26ah but my bms overheats and has to be replaced constantly.....the BMS is rated at 52V 30A.....do you have a suggestion....Thanx.

Hi, I have e scooter with BLDC Hub Motor 800w of a 48V 21A battery, my problem is it can't go uphill with over 17 degrees angle, how can I go atlease 35 degrees angle uphills?

U can add one more hubmotor to become 2wd, or replace current motor and controller to at least 1500w.

It is possible to do the same but that a controller does not have a trottle, it simply takes care of obtaining energy. Is it possible that controller A can draw power from the battery at the same time as controller B recharges the battery? Could there be a problem? Thx

@Diego Vidal yes you can do that but it's totally useless, the efficiency of the regenerative breaking would be less than 99% and around 75/80, completely useless

I mean with 2 different controllers and motors, the speed will not sync if running at the same time, resulting in waste of energy. Of course it is possible to use only one of them

Is it a 48V battery fully charged or is it a 52V fully charged? Each battery will be alot higher voltage when fully charged your BMS is not up to the job get a higher rated BMS and add a heatsink to keep it cool

It would have been better to explain in voice what he was doing. Plus it would be better if he used two throttles so he could use back wheelbthe front would not be working until he used other throttle. Or the other way take taping of throttle wire from controller and put a switch in line. That would give instant speed from front wheel two throttle is best. Like the top gun bikes they have one thumb and twist

@@goodiy9592 Trc mình chế nghịch cái 3 bánh cho trẻ con chơi cũng chạy 2 ic riêng. 2 bánh sau lấy nguyên bộ giá đỡ của xe cb, còn trc là xe đạp trẻ e. Đợt này muốn làm thành scooter mà cũng bị thiếu vật tư. Sợ nhất kiểu chưa có exp mà đang làm mới biết thiếu gì chạy đi mua giờ này mới khó.

trên shopee bán nhiều mà e. ic tầm 200k~300k 1 cái. Motor 4~500k, e mua loại có sẵn dĩa chế cho khỏe, pin thì tùy e muốn đi xa hay quanh quanh chọn dung lượng cho phù hợp
