Billion dollar global insight to max profits and charity donations via monetisation in anime, real life, movies, gaming or thesis. Culinary anime or movie where there is metal plated conveyor belt behind and above the stove (back wall) which carry the used wok with burnt base to the dishwashers to wash. The chef can stack multiple woks on top of each other. There are a stack of clean woks above the conveyor belt (overhead shelf) that the chef can pull down to the stove clean next dish quickly. This eliminate the need to clean the wok for the next dish. Or you can use human labour runner to do the aforementioned. Suitable for banquet cooking for hundreds or thousands of VIPs.

Those of you who are below 60 should remember the authentic black chao tao kway. The hawker used a dough that was different from the white version. The hawker would cut the dough into small, rectangular cuboids and wouldn't tok tok tok them into a mess. All of the cuboids remained in individual pieces with a crispy layer and a little chow tah. You could pick them up one by one with a toothpick. Does anyone know where I can still find this authentic black chai tao kway?

I am referring to the first hawker, the lady chef (Geylang 29 staff): Don't waste your time and calories on this one. From the process, it is just a run of the mill dish. Looked overcooked, soggy and salty to me.

Simply say that it is recycle oil on the dark sauce shows ignorance about Chinese cuisine. Don't be ignorant, it is dark soya sauce, the basic knowledge.
