Is this a 3 liter Mazda? The engine bay layout looks similar to my Mazda 6 2006 V6. Also you mention the front and back part of the Valve Cover Gasket. Are there 2 separate parts to this car?

Mines making a low freq kinda whining/ grinding noise at low speeds and largely goes away at highway speeds. I need to do this...but at over 500$ for the driveshaft...Jesus! Thats more than a Porsche Cayenne shaft!

What type of noise were you getting? Did you get noise while on the gas pedal and none while not accelerating?

good vid....its amazing how everyone leaves the full plastic manifold cover on, and somewhat struggles to take the filter out using a socket extension. You're the first one I saw that did it the easy way.

idk if anybody noticed but u did all this single handedly literally you used one hand for your camera phone recording it all! jesus christ dude i have the same car jeep cherokee 2015 3.2l v6 (latitude). great car to use and enjoy driving but a total pita to maintain and do repairs on especially if this is the 1st car you started doing diy maintenance on. i guess if u can fix a jeep u can fix any other american car easier?

Hi, great video. You have a failing caliper on the drivers side as I had the exact same thing happen to me! I left it so long the caliper seized against the rotor and had smoke billowing out. Another mention is those one time bolts these manufacturers use, sorry but I think that's a bunch of hooey for the most part, and only follow that rule on head gasket replacement etc. I re-use use those caliper support bolts and red loctite them when installing them.

I have almost same problem..except passengers side has no heat whatsoever even on high. Drivers side works as it should once i replace this ssame sensor drive side ..i also replaced passenger side but it didn't fix...so I'm wondering bad sensor..or is there something else i missed? Also for reference 2015 trailhawk 3.2 and dual climate..thanks any help appreciated

Great video, you don't actually have to take the entire 13mm bracket off just loosen it, and the intake manifold will come off. His video helped complete this for the first time, big a thumbs-up!

Hey, I'm having an issue where the rear shaft part seems locked up. Could that be an internal problem with the gears of the case and is this fixable? Or should I just replace. At first I thought my entire transmission was locked up but after removing the drive shaft from the PTU I now see that it is only locked up at the cup or whatever that rear part is technically called. All wheels spin freely except this area.
