Great community. You do alot of reviews on the Conroe area (which makes sense since you live there). But I would love to see more on Bridgeland. I know you did one video from over a yr ago but I think they opened new sections. My family and I are looking to relocate to Prairieland village in 1 to 2 yrs so more videos on this newer section would be great. Thanks for all the AMAZING content. You guys are the BEST!!!

Better have good flood insurance. Both West Fork (upstream) and River Plantation (downstream) fllod regularly. The grand lake looks like an old cut-off oxbow lake of the river.

Good video. We are going to visit from Ca to see if we like it. Worried about the heat in the summer. Would like to see a video of the larger single story you spoke about “Loraine”. Will you show it soon? Can you tell me the best area to stay on a visit? Airbnb The Woodlands? Conroe?

Plan on visiting Houston in july as a potential place to relocate next year since we just renewed our lease. Do i already need to be qualified before reaching out? Also, how far in advance should we start the process if we are considering one of these masterplanned communities?

That’s just a model home. It’s not like that in the other homes. Once they sell the model they will return it back to a normal garage.

Zero homes have ever flooded in Grand Central Park. We just had serious flooding in the Conroe area and all the homes in GCP are high and dry

💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️ 25:09 why are you always skipping on the not so favorable aspects of model home - its so sus to just pop your head into the closet and rush off..i mean home buyers are not fools..everyone know the secondary bedroom closets are non existent. I would rather you just admit that the closet it small but not small enough to fit kids clothes ..than just kinda try to hide the size from us. Also, 10feet shaving off in a backyard is a large amount not just "some yards a bit smaller" as you put it....💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️
