as soon as this started to play we all realized we werent going to beat persona 3 soon but persona 3 has beaten us. this is literally the only game ever that made me genuinely cry and for 20 damn minutes seriously i dont think there can be a game with THIS good of a soundtrack

This video, and this song too, actually became a sort of checkpoint for me over the last 4-5 years. Dunno, ever since discovering the series back then, getting invested in it, and then going throug occasional periods of complete apathy towards it, after a time, I still come back here, to just sit, reflect, think of what is waiting for me and everyone around me in the future. Remind myself that I have no time to spare, but taking my time anyway, so that the next step will be more measured than the ones I took before, cause i regret them, and view them as mistakes. Yeah, that's a rant. This year we finally got a remake of Persona 3, which still, to this day, will remain the most formative and life-changing journey I ever took. And in the end it all sorta came back to this melody, which is so stuck in my head, I learned to play it without sheets, woth my eyes closed, just cause it stuck so much. Whoever may read through this, I'm sorry you had to listen to me rant. Despite aspiring to be a writer, I'm quite bad at stucturing my thoughts in my own head. Still, I wish all the best to everyone out there, who stumbled on here accidently, or came here deliberately, like I did. Thank you for sharing a journey through life with me, I guess. At the end of the day we're all here now, in a moment which can only live in the memory after we're gone. Let's make the most of it, while we can and leave with a smile. March 5th, 2024. Even though its just a character from a game. I relate a lot with him. Sure my parents didn't die and I didn't sacrifice myself for anything major. But his character (especially in the movies) reminds me a lot of myself. Because most of the time, i dont really care about things. Not happy, not sad, i just dont care. Love this song. Persona 3 is the master of atmosphere. Which is something Persona 3 reloaded cannot remaster. They really thought they could give the series a Persona 5 modernisation and it would work.

I'm there now. One month till Nyx. I'm a bit scared tbh. I don't know if I'll be able to beat her, or rather, the Nyx Avatar. I knew the whole story of p3 before playing, and I've listened to this song lots before I came to 1/1, but it still hits different actually being there. This has been a great journey, even surpassing Persona 5 at many points (although I still cherish P5 more, and overall love it more because of what it did to me as a person). I looked forward to the atmosphere of this month, but now that I'm here... I genuinely dread the Fall. I'm in Tartarus rn, trying to get to the top in a day, but I still can't stop thinking of this song. I know the end is nigh, and that realization is making me really think about the people I decide to spend my final days with in-game. I can't finish everything, so I really have to ration the time. I really hope Reload will live up to the peak fiction that is this game.
