The key to consuming Jaggery or refined sugar is to use very little of it in your food or drink. The body needs sugar or carbohydrates for energy. So consuming sugar is a human need. So the question is not whether Jaggery is similar to white sugar with slightly lower GI but how little is used for sweetness. It is plain commonsense.

2 yrs into OMAD. 20/4. I have type 2 diabetes. Helps a lot to reduce my reading. Plus weekly cycling. It became a habit. I dare not eat in the morning or noon else i will get sleepy and sluggish mentally so i only eat in the evening when all work is done and i can relax. By not eating i feel energetic. Only drink black coffee, tea or mineral water. All without sugar.

He's wrong about absolutely nothing happening to the foods after adding chia seeds. Anytime you add fat to a high glycemic food it lowers the glycemic index of that food, therefore causing a lower blood sugar spike.

I’m watching all the OMAD reviews not because I want to lose weight, the reason all the prices skyrocketing non stop. Salary stays the same, long working hours leaving no time to cook. Location : Middle East life is different between locals and foreign workers. Well if you are Caucasian from rich country you won’t have to worry about it in Middle East but different story coming from a less fortunate countries.

Well if you put it that way, yeah nothing is changed in the outside like that. Chia seeds are not chemical stuff that would react to all of those items that you put on the table. lol. This video makes me feel like if you put books on the table what do you think happened to you? NOTHING!

I'll have to test if after draining it I can put the rice back in the pot to finish steaming properly and develop the crispy rice layer on the bottom which is a MUST in Dominican rice.
