I was a Craft Apprentice at RAF Locking 211 Entry Jan 1968 to Dec 1969 - I do not think we had aircraft nose radar at Locking as shown in the film, I think that was Cosford The film brought it all back - Great days and a great way for the RAF to get good quality technicians - We lost so much when we got rid of the apprentice schools. Bring them back.

Stalkers are usually people who are unemployed or have a lot of spare time on their hands. I went through it with the son of a couple who lived in my apartment building. Lucky me - he had a key to the front door. He would threaten to kill me at my apartment door at 3:00 a.m. and shove notes through my letter box. It went on for six months. I lived in constant fear, couldn't go anywhere without him following me, harassing me with phone calls at work and even calling the police to tell them that I had killed someone in his garage. He followed me to a restaurant a friend of mine took me to and then followed him home. He then called me at work the next day and told me that he had killed my friend. He was an unemployed mental case who was funded by his parents, who were also terrified of him. He was adopted and had caused them a lot of trouble. He had a record for stalking and harassing many women something the police would have known if they had bothered to check. Instead the first police officer my boss called wrote in his report that I was crazy and had made the entire thing up. In the end I waited for this guy in front of my apartment building and we fought it out. I let him hit me so that I had something to report to the police. He was caught after a week of hiding out and thrown in jail. I'm wondering how this woman who didn't seem to have a computer in her apartment was able to have her calls skip around and be untraceable. She didn't seem to be friends with anyone who could have done this for her. Were her phone records even checked?

Take away her citizenship, deport her after her sentence..... country is soft in the head, evil woman....

Better than average stalker film. I would like information to research text: Dates of events, country & film release date. Few police agencies would invest so much time in solving stalker crimes. PS; Prosecutors' primary concern are chiefly whether they can convict; not whether the accused is guilty; their reputations & record of convictions. Civil court & Karma was the only justice OJ Simpson's victims' families received. ---Server employees have been discovered to have sold & even helped friends obtain information; including multiple times the victim changes numbers, even knowing harmful. Shame is that companies & police departments, even, usually discharge & camouflage causes to protect themselves, much like financial institutions hiding fraud & theft, to protect their reputations and disclosure of their vulnerabilities. -Targeted victims must change servers as well as numbers; utilize a screening system & preserve evidence. Few agencies would pursue w/o evidence. Victims, friends & family weaken resolve in pursuing complete resolutions. -Punishment alone for stalkers is insufficient. Requirement of psych rehabilitation & better oversight post conviction should be required. We've seen many retributions against victims & their families; including fathers & mothers killing their children to spite others.

I miss the individualism, attention & experience of such as cheese counters, candy shops or sections... Bottom line per outlet demand by profiteers have driven them out, like Walmart, various pharmacies, oil companies... & the bonuses tied to performances measured by short term profits. Failure to put long-term sustainability is destructive.

To think...she almost got away with it, again & again. If you check out the news, there was a previous case, which seems so obvious now, re how she was able to do it without getting caught...knowing all the tricks of how to hide who she was. Shed actually done this to a previous couple for 12 YEARS! She was bound over twice in that time too...but police didn't have access to back records?! 🤷 Here's a run down of what shes capable of...I just wonder where she is now! LIES AND HARASSMENT Spring 1990 Marchese begins stalking a man and his partner (later wife). Couple report harassment over the next nine years February 1992 Marchese arrested and charged with threatening behaviour August 1992 Marchese accuses male of attacking her with a knife and brings civil action against him at Westminster County Court. The case is dropped 1996 Marchese given official warning by police after threatening to kidnap a baby April 2000 After continued harassment of baby?s parents, Marchese bound over to keep the peace for 12 months October 2002 Marchese?s campaign against Dr Falkowski and Deborah Pemberton begins September 6, 2003 Marchese arrested in Poole, Dorset. Falkowski and Pemberton had planned to marry in Poole on this date December 2003 First prosecution against Marchese dropped. Marchese threatens to kill Dr Falkowski January 2004 Marchese questioned by police over death threats and alleges that Dr Falkowski raped her in June 2002 December 2004 Falkowski charged with rape August 2005 Case against Falkowski dropped. Second prosecution of Marchese begins August 2006 Marchese convicted of harassment, threats to kill and perverting the course of justice. Held in custody September 2006 Sentencing delayed after Marchese sacks her legal team

Just passed out as a RM bugler, I was the youngest on the RM Massed Bands at 17, a trained rank as I joined just pasted 16.

We were there 65-66, I still hate the heat! LOL! My dad was in engineering, a Wing Commander by then. He joined as an apprentice in Halton 1935, commisioned in 1941. Retired from the RAF in 1975.

Good film. Would not wish such an experience on anybody. Did laugh out loud when Jan justified his cheating because Debbie was too weak. I really began to wonder if and how he actually qualified as a doctor. The only breave one is Debbie. She attempted to deal with it head on, even when she was not the primary target. As she say, she was there at the 'wrong time, place and with the wrong person'. A strong woman indeed and one that took back her 'victum' lable by being in court that day.

Ooo, when he had that hissy fit rage against the new girlfriend, blaming her for the crazy woman stealing the condom... what a narcissist. Takes zero responsibilty amd looks for everyone else to blame. Nasty piece of work. Then afterwards says ' I forgive you', love bombs her, pleads and makes empty promises of change. Hes a NUTCASE abuser too. Cold, distorted thinking. Abusive. Probably projects a good guy to everyone else but behind closed doors is awful. What a louse.

I really think the makers of this did Dr Falkowski so dirty. If you watch his interviews, his demeanor is much softer than portrayed here. This is someone who devoted his life to helping people, and went through an unimaginable nightmare. We should direct our ire and condemnation at the perpetrator, not the victim. I wish all her survivors well.

Wish I'd been in the RAF then...today its limp woke tattooed beards no overseas postings poor leadership tick box promotion for air officers etc etc hardly any serviceable aircraft it goes on .....2**

1960. Cosford 41st Entry Ground wireless. Best times of my life. Good mates, good instructors and the ITS NCOs were ok too. Food mostly edible and as I was in the lines, very cold in winter.
