Cheers @haroldcottam8174 anything that has a coating applied will have a minimum of Gyeon Prep or a panel wipe then Gyeon Prep 👍

Thank you @patrickvennard838 Gyeon CanCoat Pro has to be one of my favourite products of all time due to the fact it can be used on pretty much every surface, I have this on my test vehicle and its been 11 months so far and still going strong 👍

Thanks @Clint_L, in some of my previous vlogs I go into why I do this and to keep it simple I decant CanCoat Pro into a coating bottle and apply it like a traditional coating as there is a chance of overspray from the pump trigger landing on somewhere I have already been and could cause high spots if I miss it ( plus I like doing it this way ) Hope that helps 👍

We just picked up a 91 year Mazda MX5 Mk1 South of London last week and drove it back to Scotland and will be trying to bring it back to life. I got the wheels and tyres cleaned protected and dressed and will be speaking to my Guru next week on what route we should go down for paint prep and protection. I hope we can get it somewhere close to the standard of that car which looks stunning.

Can the Gyeon Infinite Base 1 and Base2 coatings be applied outdoors in the shade?

@MD-ph9bk for the consumer grade coating you can apply outside but the Certified coatings have to be in a controlled environment ( Base Type 1 = 18C - 22C 50 - 60% humidity ) ( Base Type 2 = 15C - 25C 40 - 80% humidity )👍

To Be honest I'm not that bothered 🤣🤣 I prefer the look of the F80 but the interior is better in the G80 but I could live with either 👍

I like using a rotary I do like to jewel paint with a da especially on dark colours but u can’t beat a rotary on hard paint like Porsche were I work there paint very hard and even with that we using very aggressive compound we like scholl but it is expensive we tried the new rupes ultra cut but it very dusty we now trying 3d at the moment and that is really good long working time and low dust. Great content 👍

@johntervelde4249 personally I will always do some form of polishing before I apply any coatings and because it was very tidy to begin with it did not need much work apart from the bonnet which had some etchings and needed a quick cut first 👍

Very nice result, nice car! Good colour, but why drumbrakes?? I have gyeon syncro on my New car, beads like a crazy. I love the gyeon products. I use gyeon,bilthamber and a brand that I don't see you use:labocosmetica, the whole productline is good where gyeon had a few products that are rubish in my opinion.
