The fires have been crazy lately. Redwood City had that 8 alarm fire today, and the Corral Fire is at 75% contained, after going over 14,000 acres.

SJ has 9 truck companies, one USAR company that acts as a truck company, 34 engines, and 3 rescue medics. SJ also has 2 breathing support units, 2 Type 3 Wildland Engines, a handful of Type 6 Wildland Engines, 3 Water Tenders, and one hazardous materials response team.

A Rescue Medic. There are 3 of them in San Jose. They go on the more non emergent calls in a very populated area of the city to help supplement the engine company.

House down the street caught fire on Blossom Hill and Judith on Sat night. Station 35 arrive fast and soon station 12 18,13. House was partially destroyed Props to our fire fighters

It was the call from the other night, yes. This is my most recent video from the 35 house. San Jose is on PulsePoint, which is how I find out about these incidents that I go to (mainly large scale fire incidents) and maybe 90% of the responses that I get.

Great catch. That is lots of rolling code resources on way to just a "lost hiker". The 2nd truck towing the white trailer, you'd think they'd have some kind of code lighting (inexpensive LEDs) on the side and rear of trailer.
