Around 5:30pm on Wednesday, August 9th, a large fire broke out at Schnitzer Steel, a scrap metal facility, in Oakland prompting a response from Oakland FD with assistance from Alameda FD and even San Francisco FD with their fire boat! I got there a couple hours after the incident started, hence this quick video. This video features aerial master stream operations from I believe an Oakland FD Ladder Truck and even some action from the fire boat off to the right!
