This is totally unconstitutional The manufactuer can not force a failed science project that only puts money back into the manufacturers and dealers pocket while depleting the life of the engines and doing so generats more emisions then with out. During regen the veh is burning unfilterd burning fuel in obnoxious clouds ☁️ of smoke and depleating the MPG by 1/3 or more plus everyones eyes and lungs are burning hundreds on yards, and if this happens diring rush hour and traffic is at a standstill it becomes a nightmare. A well maintaned and properly tuned Diesel with a properly built well baffeled large area catch can with a recovery resivior in botom with a 3/8 drain valve to maintain during services maintenance.

I recently purchased a 99 f450 with a 7.3. It has 4" exhaust and aftermarket intake. I'm considering adding the Hydra chip. Being that it's a 6 speed would I have to get it custom tuned? I use this truck for my masonry business and sometimes haul some heavy loads. It only has 135,000 miles and as is I'm very happy with this truck. I was looking at some used trucks and this one was one tenth the cost compared to what I was finding.

Why are government Diesel truck's deleted? Please answer this. If it is a good thing for the environment and doesn't hurt an engine then why do they not have it on their trucks? I have seen multiple deleted trucks with proper tunes and i do not see any smoke.

Interessting video. I have a 2016 6.7L powerstroke diesel. You need to have an oil that meets the Ford WSS-M2C171-F1 spec. I use Rottella T6 full sytheyic oil. It does well.
