I must say that this method looks easy and the greens look amazing. I bought a few resuable mats from you guys and failed miserably at my 1st attempt. During germination, my seeds rotted and smelled horrible. I will take another stab at it.

Im sorry to hear that your first grow didn't go well. Don't be discouraged, though!! There can be a learning curve at first, just like with any medium. From what it sounds like, you overwatered them, and you need to adjust your watering levels! If you need any help, send us an email [email protected] and if you have photos, that really helps too.

It is reusable. We have been reusing ours for months with no issues. We also have many customers who reuse it for growing for market even... checkout @root.1867 on Instagram or @millbrookmicrogreens Also, we have a video on cleaning it, maybe you should watch it. kzfaq.infoE4yZOqnrd48?feature=share

Madam you are giving information about the content of pea microgreen likewise if you are making a video on content of each micro green it's better to consume according to the requirements of a person. Nice presentation and thanks.

OceanSolution is just water with pinch of sea salt in it. In it's diluted form, basically has nothing in it, except water.
@OnTheGrow5 күн бұрын
Actually, Ocean Solution 2-0-3 Liquid Fertilizer is much more than just water with a pinch of sea salt. It's a carefully formulated organic fertilizer made from deep-ocean water and includes: - 90 naturally occurring minerals: These minerals are harvested from deep-ocean water, providing a wide range of essential nutrients to plants. - Nitrogen and Potassium: These are added to the solution and are OMRI listed for organic use, ensuring they meet organic farming standards. These elements work together to promote healthier plant growth and restore depleted soils, making it far more nutrient-rich than just water and salt. You can also go to their website and read this too. oceansolution.com/product/oceansolution-203/

@@OnTheGrow Sure, but do you know how are "harvested" from the ocean water, and how is called the product after harvesting? 🙂 Also do you know what thing has half the Mendeleev table in it? 🙂 About the NPK do you know how much the solution 2-0-3 endup after diluting it from 1 to 100 gallons? For the vast majority of the chemical products, the cost of the product itself is around 1 to 3 cents per dollar, in this case is even significantly less. Rest is advertising, sponsorship, influencers and packaging. No matter the Deep ocean or Brazilian rain forest or the Depth of the African jungle advertising, you can't avoid basic chemistry and math. If you don't have "deep ocean minerals" 😅 try just for experiment pinch of himalayan rock salt (not the fake one painted in pink) and dash of household 10% ammonia.

is this the same blue green algae that can kill dogs?
@OnTheGrow5 күн бұрын
Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae, but it is not the same as the harmful blue-green algae that can kill dogs. Spirulina is safe and highly nutritious, commonly used as a dietary supplement for both humans and pets. The type of blue-green algae that is harmful to dogs is commonly known as cyanobacteria.

We stopped using this NFT system for 2 main reasons : 1) we had limited space at that time as our growspace was only 160sqft, which we primarily used to conduct various experiments. With a system like this, you can't conduct experiments like you can with a regular grow rack. 2) we stopped selling our Microgreens to focus primarily on education. This type of grow system produces too much for someone who is not selling. Overall, it's a wonderful system for those who are selling and have the space.

your sprouts grow best on a stone slab. this must be very porous and be able to transport water like a sponge. The sprouts will then grow on minerals instead of plastic. The health difference should be clear. Cleaning is also easier and there is no waste, as the stone slab is almost indefinitely durable. It just needs to be placed in a water bath. In addition, the sprouts need daylight. it makes no sense to illuminate everything with electricity via LED. It is unnatural.

You all need to do a mold control video because I’m struggling with this right now.
@OnTheGrow12 күн бұрын
If you're having issues with mold, it's likely one of these three things: 1) over seeding, and you'll need to adjust your seeding. 2) over-watering, which you'll have to adjust. The goal is for the seeds to look moist but not swimming. 3) this is rarer, but it could be your seeds, especially if they are older seeds. Really, when it comes to mold, it just means you have to make little adjustments until it works.

Hi guys, love your channel. Always watching. Question, from a mold perspective. How much hydrogen peroxide do you add per ltr of water. Sorry for the random question. Struggling a bit with my sunflower seeds. My peas, radish, mustard and broccoli grow perfect but running into the probs with sunflowers. I've been using 150 to 180 per tray but see you guys hit the sweet spot on 125g seeds. Which I switched to this sowe. Keep up the great work, from Cape Town South Africa.

The rack in the garage is actually what those trays were designed for. Your tray specifically is 48"×24" with a 6" lip where your run off to drains. So thr rack those are msde for should be 48"Wide ×18" deep and the rack version is alwsys a low rise or low tide tray usually no deeper than 3-4". There is another company that makes the trays 24" no over hang made for 24" deep racks and they have drainage & fiĺl areas in the center depth wise and one on both ends one wjll be a bit deeper you can do it however you want flood from one end and drain on the other (deeper) or have both your supply and drain lines on one end (deeper side only) .
