其實平流層的飛艇不是要用來發展飛航的事實證明飛航的重點不是當運載用而是架構在那個高度的低軌空間站和高度的可行性 美國的科技本來都是要用在服務人的生活！試想像如果平流層的空間站的設置普及空間站與空間站大型運載只限於那個高度 應該是可以達到一個安全可靠的程度低軌運輸!甚至建構平流層旅館!!至於從空間站下飛到地面應該是可以很不費燃料的方法非常多!!至於低軌空間站的應用從低軌衛星，無線網路，太陽能發電，環境監測，災難救助，低軌也可成為倉儲可用無人飛行器送貨!!甚至極地運載 交通無法到達的地方等!當然這之中還是要說由於地球溫室效應已然頻頻出現自然災害維一能避開的地方就是低軌空間站因為空間站可附掛氣球所謂求生用的氣球！

Yeah, let's not forget that fossil fuels are not unlimited and will eventually come to an end. Nuclear just isn't practical. Oh yeah, let's also remember that the sun is a dying star. This earth in its present form has an end and so does the sun.

If you would 3d print rocket capsules on planets if it ever would be possible or on astroids using available materials/resources common on the environment like in psyche 16 to put the harvested materials inside the rocket capsule's with the help of robots it could pay dramatically of in the upcoming future, you could harvest gold or diamond meteorite's put the gold in those 3d printed capsules and just shoot everything back to earth. How many solar panels would you need to launch those rocket shaped capsules back to earth using these kinds of machinery to keep the spinlaunch and the 3dprinter with robot's running and would such machines ever be able to push/shoot into space?

A personal super minimalistic nano-modules base suit is the best way to fly, hover, face any adversities and it can even grow with you :) THAT4S THE PROJECT I4M WORKING ON :) Cars even flying ones are just cans ans quite absolete ... THE SUIT WILL GET YOU THE FREEDO? TO TRAVEL AND GET FOOD ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET AS LONG AS THERE4S AENOUGH WATER TO CHARGE IT UP = virtually infinite range ... No one would ever need anything else, including clothing and even money ...

I get that these types of architectural marvels are expensive, but I just wish we could have more futuristic-looking buildings. My middle school built in the 60s is quite the opposite of how these masterpieces look XD

The lifting cylinders are called cyclorotor and they are a mix of the Thom- Flettner Rotor and the Vogt Schneider cycle propeller. Flight machines with this technology are developed in Austria too. the rotor has turntable blades which can lead the trust vector to 360 degree in the axis. The rotor mainly produces lift by the magnus effect.
