I asked the following question to Copilot. Note the follow-up questions Copilot adds to its response : (it is also interesting to see how Grammarly, analyses Copilot's answer) Is there a difference between creativity and innovation? If so, where is the borderline? Copilot Yes, there is a difference between creativity and innovation. Creativity is the ability to generate new and original ideas, approaches, or solutions. It’s about thinking outside the box and coming up with concepts that haven’t been thought of before. Innovation, on the other hand, involves applying creative ideas in a practical way to create value or solve problems. It’s about implementing these ideas to improve processes, products, or services. The borderline between the two is the action of implementation. While creativity is about idea generation, innovation is about putting those ideas into practice. Creativity can exist without innovation, but innovation cannot exist without creativity. Can you give me an example of a creative idea versus an innovative solution? How can organizations foster both creativity and innovation? What are some famous examples of innovations?

In the future businesses will no longer need agencies like these. They will just rent a suite of A.I. services to do your job, sir.

Wow, what a power packed video of Ai. Really a WELL edited pack of information to share with all of us. I would bet you're now using a teleprompter and doing a hell of job moving right along paragraph after paragraph. Good to hear you using a lavalier to capture excellent audio without a big desk mic that's overkill and I find ridiculous to look at on camera. Philip, you've always been top notch to me, but you have taken your presentation to another level of excellence! Thank you!!

I started as a successful graphic designer in entertainment...but really wanted to be doing audio production....which, all these years into my career, has morphed into video production. And while I started to have success, post-covid economics have shut a lot of my clients down. So finding mentorship to navigate and rebuild makes this video really valuable...thank you!

i made a big mistake and got scammed for so much money. it was my hubby’s very hard earned money and he gave it to me to take care of me, and i lost all of it. and he wasnt mad. he said he knew i didnt mean it. im grateful for having him, but at the same time i cannot forgive myself, cannot live with this mistake. tried everything but nothing can save it. i feel like i can never forgive myself for what i have done.

I am creative director/ art lead of a small indie game developement team. It is extremely demanding but extremely rewarding work. I make the plannings as well so my team always knows the time and dates. But sometimes i gotta play with the schedules because i'd rather have an artist take a little extra time to understand a certain principle better. Means she operates faster later on but most importantly the quality is much better.

Phillip, I recently took a project that has been very difficult in to complete. I’ve been contracted to do work for 12 weeks. The Sr. program manage sabotaged the entire project by not communicating & denying every motion to accomplish the Directors Top 3 directives. I accomplished two , but when it came down to the main reason why I came into the team. She denied the motion. 1 week to completion ( final deliverable : “strategy plan” ) and still no payment ! What should I do!?

Stories sell products. Either your brand story - or a motivating, true product results story.

Hello, I am currently majoring in marketing (this will be my third year) but I want to become a creative director. Is this possible to achieve this career with my degree or should I change it. I was thinking of minoring in art or media management, my college does not offer a graphic design minor. This video was very informative, thank you!
@PhilipVanDusen20 күн бұрын
Minoring in art won't help. Media management is a better minor. But if you want to be a CD, you have to be a designer first. Marketing is a good foundation though that many creative don't have, so that will help you, but you need to study design, either in school or on your own!

Great video, great info. I'm currently a Marketing Manager, but I'm lookin for a way to get into the more creative side of marketing. I do photography and videography as a side-hustle so I have that sort of experience, but I'm just starting to learn graphic design. Am I headed down the right path? Should I be looking to eventually get a role as a junior designer and then work my way up?
@komalkr422225 күн бұрын
NO. You should not get a job as a junior graphic designer. If you work as a video editor as a side hustle you can apply for a Video Editor role in an agency. Learn graphic design side by side And then try side projects of design as well. Marketing skill will be an add on in this to get more side hustle projects.
