It’s about thinking outside the box and coming up with concepts that haven’t been thought of before. Innovation, on the other hand, involves applying creative ideas in a practical way to create value or solve problems. It’s about implementing these ideas to improve processes, products, or services. The borderline between the two is the action of implementation. While creativity is about idea generation, innovation is about putting those ideas into practice. i made a big mistake and got scammed for so much money. it was my hubby’s very hard earned money and he gave it to me to take care of me, and i lost all of it. and he wasnt mad. he said he knew i didnt mean it. im grateful for having him, but at the same time i cannot forgive myself, cannot live with this mistake. tried everything but nothing can save it. i feel like i can never forgive myself for what i have done.

I am creative director/ art lead of a small indie game developement team. It is extremely demanding but extremely rewarding work. I make the plannings as well so my team always knows the time and dates. But sometimes i gotta play with the schedules because i'd rather have an artist take a little extra time to understand a certain principle better. Means she operates faster later on but most importantly the quality is much better.

CD = HRD + Art Directing + Operational Managing + Finance Managing. So if that is what you're looking, go for it LOL

Phillip, I recently took a project that has been very difficult in to complete. I’ve been contracted to do work for 12 weeks. The Sr. program manage sabotaged the entire project by not communicating & denying every motion to accomplish the Directors Top 3 directives. I accomplished two , but when it came down to the main reason why I came into the team. She denied the motion. 1 week to completion ( final deliverable : “strategy plan” ) and still no payment ! What should I do!?

Brand story: Brand look: and feel, colors, pattern, layout style etc Brand voice: how is gonna sound, soft, friendly, comfortably, protective, there are many brand voices Brand presence: website, social channel, article, live stream, ads, content, where is presence what msg is going. Recognized, remember. Brand promise: What value bringing to customer. Mission. How we are different, how we are better? Brand equity: result of everything. Word of mouth marketing. Brand engagement: conversations and relationships.

Great video, great info. I'm currently a Marketing Manager, but I'm lookin for a way to get into the more creative side of marketing. I do photography and videography as a side-hustle so I have that sort of experience, but I'm just starting to learn graphic design. Am I headed down the right path? Should I be looking to eventually get a role as a junior designer and then work my way up?
