This was part of a great episode overall. O.J. Simpson hosted in his years before controversy, and there was a great sketch called "Samurai Night Fever", starring John Belushi as his Samurai character and O.J. as his priest brother! :)

Back when SNL was really clever and hilarious! Haven't watched in years after the show became no longer very funny. Miss those early years and wish that they had never ended. 😊

Watching her is half the comedy and it’s missing

My favorite commedienne! (As if my name isn't a big enough clue. Sadly, very few catch on to it. Hopefully this is the right place...)

Still getting mileage out of "looked like Woodstock" and "birds in your mouth" after all these decades. I've got an old cassette in a drawer with this one from back when it aired.

I used to think back, and remember how funny SNL used to be when I was a kid. But, then I see these videos, and I am reminded that it was never funny. Ever. This is really almost painful to watch it is so bad.

Those of us who even know who she is or what the old casts of SNL & SCTV were are dying out fast.

I was 7 y.o. in 1975 so I'm one of the youngest, although time goes fast as you get older. I'll be gone in about 30 years tops. Then where will comedy be when there's no one left around to show younger people what REAL comedy is? Lol. Of course I still watch Jack Benny and George Burns and that was before my time, but I think I'm an exception.

The funniest one was the skit about UFOs and RD seeing a "rectal eclipse" driving down past an outdoor drive-in. Hilarious. SNL never showed THAT one again. I had tears in my eyes.
