Aikido is a legit martial art... non of Seagal's demo vids are legit but it is a reql martial art. It was a way for samurai to disarm an oponant if they had lost their own sword and were being attacked. In real martail arts fights you would definitely need more than aikido but it is nevertheless a legit martial art

A lot of B-Rated movies are very good, not all. The movies they make today for 100 millions of dollars are so bad that I won't go see them if even the tickets were free.
