TOTAL GARGBAGE DEVICE! Popped a back tire in less than 1 year, now the device is useless. There is no way to change the tire, support doesn't care. They refuse to help because I bought off of amazon and not directly from Segway. Buy another scooter with solid wheels unless you want to waste all your money in a year.

Oh my goodness, you are a lifesaver! I ordered the kit to repair my Kenmore dishwasher upper rack assembly, but the parts came all jumbled up loose in a box with no instructions whatsoever. And as you know, they are very different looking than the original parts. I found a video on the Sears parts website that was supposed to show you what to do, but it was useless! It went SO fast and was so small that I couldn't see or understand anything they were doing. Then I found YOUR video on youtube and followed YOUR excellent instructions and hallelujah! my dishwasher is now repaired! THANK YOU!!!!

How did your scooter even make it to a year? I bought mine a month ago and I really wish I had done more research before doing so. After 172 miles my scooter stopped working. After putting in my code it just starts beeping and has no throttle response. Did some research and this happened to people quite often, some even on the first day of using it. I’ve read that a cable in the back wheel for the motor often comes loose, so I got excited and took it apart. Was really disappointed when the cable was connect just fine. These scooters are trash.

How do I put the legs back? I’m struggling with that 😅

I worked with Cuisinarts in the 80's and loved them. I "treated" myself to the model with one large bowl and a smaller bowl which fit into each other. That had a HUGE problem with food getting caught in the clear handle, in the lid and in all kinds of nooks and crannies. Can food get stuck in the handle anywhere or in the lid on the 14 cup. It was such a problem I gave mine away....

Thank you for your nice review of the product and its features. Helped with our decision. My wife loves being able to put the water reservoir on the side. Our old Keurig died after 4 1/2 years of constant use. Reservoir on the back side was heavy and awkward for us seniors. The ergonomics of this model seems perfect. Hope we get at least the same longevity 🤞😊.
