Very good video. Does anyone elses HP have light a slight very low buzzing sound? or like a light hum sound? Im assuming it is probably from the fan so I was thinking of opening it and blowing the fan out.
@7c9ND2elАй бұрын
I don't have that problem, but blowing out the dust is a very good idea. Just be sure to back up your important info first.

I've been trying to find a way to open the All in One 22=dg0024. it seems to open this same way. except that the bottom part that you remove is thinner/smaller. I've tried removing it and the thing is just jammed in there. I easily got out the one at the top. I was afraid to damage it so I just decided to not open it. I wanted to upgrade it.

I just did this to my C-0073W a few hours ago and it was stressful and scary. Mine didn't just come apart like this one and I kept checking the screen to see if I had cracked it. I am waiting for parts and if I get it back together, and it works.
@7c9ND2el5 ай бұрын
I won't lie, I was horrified the first time I disassembled the computer. However, after pulling it apart a few times, I discovered that the screen has more flex than I had anticipated. In any case, I hope your fix/upgrade goes well!

Hi, do you know if the CPU can be upgraded on this AIO without having to replace the motherboard as well?

Unfortunately, no, you cannot replace the CPU. It is soldered in.

I've got one here in the workshop that's not powering on, in fact when the power supply is plugged in the LED indicator on the power brick turns off. Tried 2 known working power supplies, my thoughts are either the power jack or motherboard is dead. Do you know if the power jack on this model is replaceable or soldered to the motherboard?
@7c9ND2el Жыл бұрын
Considering the problem you described, if I were to give you my best guess, it would be a dead motherboard. As for your question as to whether the motherboard's power jack is replaceable, I'm sorry I do not know.

@@7c9ND2el Thanks for your reply :) Yes I've since discovered the jack is soldered on. What a pain!

Thanks a lot ! Works also for HP 24-f0083nf ! I used plungers and for lifting up the screen out of the chassis, and platic cards to help separate it from the chassis. I just installed a NVME SSD Card in the empty slot located just beside the hard drive (a 2 To 3"5 disk). Hope to speed it up !

Thanks a lot! And, I totally agree about how some companies make upgrading difficult. When I first upgraded the RAM on that system, I was afraid I'd break something in the process. Once I figured it out, it was totally worth it.

If you try this be super careful when you lift on the screen. The one I tried to open cracked as soon as I put slight pressure on the screen. I hate when computer manufacturers build computers around the lcd. There are many models (Dell) that you open from the bottom and back so you're not putting stress on the lcd. Thanks for the video though.
