I can relate to your quilting falling behind with cross stitch taking over. I have been quilting for many years (90s). Picked up CS again during Covid with FQS Cross Stitch University. My quilting has been ignored 🙁. I am getting organized now to get a balance of both. Halloween is my favourite holiday, gdaughters birthday! I did Witches Night Out too!! Love all your projects. Just finished a small free chart that Susan Ache designed. I have not stitched a Halloween piece so.

I really like your quilts, and your quilt content. The Halloween one would please my daughter. I'll look it out. I have a question regarding your planning. You say your oldest wip gets 7 days and your red sampler gets 3 days. If your oldest wip is a red sampler, do you give it 10 days?

Congrats on your finish! The Halloween quilt is very cute. I have the pattern from Edyta Sitar for Tannenbaum and some fabrics but have yet to start it. Pat Sloan was my enabler for cross stitching. She kept showing the FQS patterns and I was down the rabbit hole!😂 Happy stitching and quilting!

I also bought Susan Ache’s book and can’t wait to make some of the patterns. I did splurge and bought the Aurifloss as I have never used it before. I don’t mind seeing your unfinished quilts. I will probably learn more that way actually. Happy stitching!
