Needs a TV mounted in the bedroom

Love the Wayfarer, especially the JW. Wish it was on a Ford chassis though, do not want a Mercedes! Could you please tell me where the spare tire is located on the Wayfarer?

I know this is a older video I’ve been looking at this the Winnebago pocket and the Thor 18 M I love this one except jayco and Thor couch bed only goes to 72 inches where the pocket goes further and I’m 74 inches otherwise I would purchase this one it’s so nice . And maybe add more lithium batteries so the A/C can run Lon term if needed without the generator

The generator is not an onan. What are your observations about this brand of generator. Is it hard to access for maintenance since it appears to be in the center?

Nice floorplan similar to mine, the rear bath is a carbon copy, I've had problems with the drainage in the shower when the van is at a certain angle, the water will not drain or take all night to drain, not good if you have to use the bathroom & step in a puddle of water, have to crack open gray tank to drain the water, tried to get fixed & is a design flaw, hope they've solved it, although happens infrequently. The TV is a total waste of valuable space, I travel alone 80% of the time & I still need that TV space. I installed a small 15" TV out of the way & a swing arm for a tablet, that's all you need. A small seat next to the door seems to waste space unless it somehow hooks up to the bed. I still haven't seen a good solution to the sleeping area in these 18' vans including mine. I have a pantry where that seat space is, in a different spot of course which is more useful. The one thing I do like is the fridge up high for easy access. I am a fan of the cassette toilet which I have, so I think I'll keep mine. Still think the bug screen is a bit of a hassle, needs modification to work seamlessly if you want to go in and out of the van. Bringing along a 1500 watt solar gen is a big help in power usage, don't have to fire up gas generator to use microwave, only need it for A/C, can use it for other appliances to save van power !

B+ or small C, Thor and subsidiaries build junk! Customer service and warranty are a deep second to all!

I am looking to purchase a Class C RV very soon. I really like the floor plan of the Coachman Leprechaun 230FS. I really like the overhead fiberglass molded features of the Jayco. Thank you for openning the windows. Unfortunately, I do not like the windows on the Jayco Class C RVs. They do not open up very far. That is pretty much the only hangup for me on the Jayco.

Should keep the bunk area as foldable for storage, wardrobe, or pet area or possible office. Why don’t people use their brains the more options available the more potential buyers. 😢😮😮😮

You better check every system before purchase! Mine came with the 100W solar panel not connected to the solar controller. Also, it had a electrical problem where the coach battery and the vehicle battery were "banked" together because of a failed "Trombetta" device. The relay in it was apparently welded closed causing both the coach and vehicle batteries to rapidly discharged when it was parked and not plugged in preventing any kind of "dry camping'. Thor also has reports of incomplete plumbing issues as well in some of their various models and units. Like they forget to finish installing certain systems. Cost me $1,500 to fix the electrical problem because I bought a 2023 Thor Compass 23TW which was being sold on consignment. It had only 4,000 miles on it. I found another unit about 40 miles away for sale that only had 4,500 miles on it. I still imagine what was wrong with that one that made the owner get rid of it so quickly. I believe that the lady who owned the one I bought finally gave up on it as no one could figure out what was wrong with it. It was through my internet research that I found some similar electrical problems. I gave all the information I found on the web to a RV guy near me and he was able to fix it! One of very well documented problems stated that the RV dealership was never able to figure out how to fix the problem (this dealership goes by the initials "CW") this problem was almost exactly like mine. Now that the issue is gone, forever I hope, I am enjoying this little motorhome and the Ford Transit 350 HD AWD!!!

Very good video! I would like to see the screen demonstrated from the stowed position to the enclosed position and then the ease of going into and out of the camper. Also, can you please demonstrate the shower curtain and accessing the water handle. It would also be good to see how to change the water fill from city to gravity/holding tank and then activate the water pump. Can you provide more detail on how the hot water system works when the van is not running and you are camping. Thanks!

I have a class A and I sometimes use the front a/c at night due to the noise. With a single a/c, I wonder if more of a mid placement would be quieter? Then use a small fan to move air back. But I like it and it's a nice floorplan. And a/c units are getting quieter.

What's the quality compared to the Winnebago revel?

Is the seats same as last year just the color of leather changed? Or it is a redesigned seats.... Is thile seats wider than the new revel 2025

The floorplan of the rear lounge needs to be reversed. The big window needs to overlook your campsite not your neighbor's campsite. LTV is the only version of this floorplan that does this right. However, I do love the recliners in the rear lounge and that the murphy bed is a queen size.

Too fast in panning the camera

I've seen this layout on other rigs by other companies and I just don't like the jigsaw puzzle bed in the front, especially in the front blocking access to everything for couples. I think it's perfect for a solo traveler maybe but another thing I don't like is the least used bathroom taking so much space. The plus is it's compact, easy to drive chassis but again, really made for one person. Thanks for the tour tho.

No much of creativities Entegra, Jayco and Winnebago models are pretty much the same . Winnebago solos pocket is the only without generator and for now in my opinion is the best value so far . If other brands like this one start competing with the non generator models and price , that could be interesting but for now they all copy each others

I have a question. Is this good for an intense winter? If I wanted to stay a few weeks in a snowy climate that's very cold can this unit handle it?
