Wished they did the new show SBTB better. More like the old show and not woke.

I love how into it they all are performing Friends Forever, especially Zack. Slater, Kelly and Jessie are all having so much fun they don't even question why they don't remember being famous 😂

caffeine pills aren't just a cup of coffee. They use to give them out for free in colleges but was discontinued after it's side effect of causing heart attacks...not to mention anxiety, depression, paranoia, mood swings. People laugh because they never had caffeine pills before but talk to a trucker and they'll tell you those things are no joke. They are the closest thing being a illicit drug without being illegal and honestly should be tightly controlled. And the amount that girl is consuming, I'm surprised she didn't have a heart attack....

Jessie’s caffeine pill addiction went down as one of the most shocking moments in a sitcom, and it changed the course of Saved By The Bell as it became the show’s first serious topic

Unpopular opinion - I think Elizabeth Berkley did fine in this scene! She is unfairly maligned for her performance, but I think it has more to do with it being so jarring to see a scene like this in a campy show with campy sets and lighting, and fixed cameras. Despite it all, she did as well as anyone could have.

Thats dope. I am curious, what is your thoughts on their behavior and the way they were thinking as teenagers? Sometimes I go back and watch the show and think to myself, thats strange, I did not view that way when I was younger 😂

@@suthesound it’s quite sad actually, theses days you’ll get fun of for singing and dancing but back then expecially slater and Jessie it was cool and fun! And some of the topics they cover in saved by the bell are still helpful!

MeTV is showing this episode right now, 8:30 AM EDST on June 30, 2024. It originally aired on November 11, 1989. What's significant to me is that I remember my daughter watching on that Saturday morning. I was passing through the living room and during a commercial my daughter commented on the nature of the episode. I sat down with my coffee to finish watching this episode of Saved By the Bell. First time seeing this one in nearly 35 years. MeTV is showing these episodes out of order and when this one started, it was a little jarring to see everyone revert in age so abruptly. When MeTV shows these episodes on Sunday morning it's a little bit like the '90s again.
