I use it on my face. It's like a face lift, and I don't know how or why it works, but it's like it fills your skin back up. I guess it makes sense if it is allowing fluids to move. I use it about once or twice a week while I sleep, and it is amazing.

Ive had SI joint instability for years, likely initially caused by slipping on ice 30 years ago, then overstraining lifting stuff into a camper where 1st step into it wasn’t standard step height from the ground, then some falls over the years. I started bilateral L4-S5 steroid injections 27 months ago after having two backwards falls in Nov 2021 that caused severe R sciatica besides worsening the SI instability to the point I couldn’t misstep, slip, trip, etc without shifting it out & causing severe knife stabbing pain. I even had to have my chiro adjust my hips after checking my knee & feet alignment cuz those adjustments would misalign the hip and/or SI adjustment he had just done, and I literally had to return within an hour a few times do the the knife stabbing pain it caused. So here’s my question…i mentioned I have having knee alignment checked, cuz I had patellar tracking issues besides worsening bilateral knee OA. So part of my pre-op and continued post-op knee replacement exercises include a lot of leg lifts, marching, sideways & backwards standing leg movements (I do the sideways ones sitting and laying down too), plus using a stationary bike at PT to warmup muscles. Your video mentioned these activities could be worsening my SI joint issues? Although my misstep/etc issues have greatly improved, i still get misaligned if I pickup and/or carry something too heavy (usually more than 10-11 lbs (weight of my cat)) and/or anything large & awkward. Are my post knee surgery exercises helping or hurting my SI joint, even though the exercises are to strengthen legs for knee joint stability & support since ACL was removed?? Ive worn the SI belts in the past, but usually only when doing stiff outside on my flower beds. What else can or shouldn’t I do exercise-wise to strengthen my SI joint ligaments? I haven’t had a SI injection for about 5 months & L4/5 in 6 months. I would need to get SI done again within 2 days as my other knee replacement will be done in 6w2d and can’t have any injections within 6w before or after any surgery. Thanks

I've been dealing with this pain for years. I've tried physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractors, yoga, stretching, you name it. They all kept saying it was sciatica, but I believed it was something else. You have explained everything in this video that I have been experiencing for years without relief. I know that you mentioned prolonged sitting and standing irritates the SI joints which that does intensify the pain, but walking more than 15 minutes at a time also intensifies the pain as well, and often causes limping and then I would have to rest with my legs elevated for several days. Would you still consider my situation as SI joint problems?

I need you now, doctor 😢. I'm suffering from cervical dizziness for 2 weeks now. My left side of my neck and shoulder are throbbing day and night. It's so hard to turn my neck without getting dizzy. I can't find anyone in Vegas who understands what I'm going through. I came across your video. I am hoping these excerise will help me

Since my SI Joint issue is caused by arthritis and not an injury, strain or other trauma to the SI Joint it seems the trochanteric belt may not be beneficial for my situation. Any thoughts? Thank you for the informative presentations. I've seen several.

Hello. Love your videos. I know you’re busy but I would love to hear your opinion on my issue. I had hip replacement about two years ago. Having SI issues ever since but it is getting worse on the hip replacement side. Been doing all kind of exercise to try and stabilize my SI joint. My chiropractor said my painful side is hyper mobile but my other side is hypo mobile. My question is, should I focus stretching my hypo mobile side but work on strengthening my hyper mobile side? Thanks for your help! I have the SI joint belt you recommended.

I had a spinal fusion from L4 to S1. Now im having severe s.i. joint pain. Im really wondering if my legs are not the same length. One physical therapist mentioned it once and then let it go. Could this fusion have caused a shortening of one leg?

Finding a good practitioner can be as difficult as being able to afford the treatment. Self help is often the best option.
