The exercises are good, but you have to take care of your form. Maybe try and focus your movement on your arms instead of moving your lower body as well. Form shouldn't be sacrificed for speed.

I’ve been doing this workout for a month today. Started with 5 lbs weights and after about 2 weeks I switched to 10 lbs and I’m already noticing a difference! My legs and arms are starting to tone up and I’ve become so much stronger! Thanks for the video! I’ll definitely keep it up until I reach my goal 💪🏼

just finished the workout .. loved itt A suggestion ..can ou please add a bleep sound when you start the ex . like when timer starts.. it really helps when we are lying down on mat and not able to see the timer and also during the stretches .. when you change from 1 stretch to another .. that way we know that we have to get up from the position and whats next... Thank you <3

dont mean to shit on you but thats completely wrong, you cant target fat loss, you cant do squats to lose leg fat and you cant do ab exercises to lose belly fat, you lose fat based on which part of the fat on your body your body uses first.
