I had a chance to buy a 1981 LP400S with a bad motor and a 100k on the odometer for $50k back in 2011 and I should have done it! At the time I thought I would have $50k more in getting it back on the road and there would be no money to be made with a 100k chassis. Had I known then what I know now, I could have just parked it and not worried about the motor... I will kick myself for the rest of my life for not getting it!
