I literally have Meagan's new film paused in my split screen, seeking fitness vids re: her, b/c she looks *FANTASTIC* in it. I am now inspired by her, when I never was before. You're right, the key is to get up off the 🛋 (or the 🛌🏽 for me). At home I can be so lazy (and quite exhausted), but what's crazy is that I literally do these exercises in the pool, typically ~3x/wk! I just freestyle my own routine, and all of these are legit included. The resistance from the water helps, but I'm realizing that it's time for me to step it up, using the pool weight. I'd rather use wristbands, but I don't think they're safe, being that I must be in the water to my _neck_ in order to maximize the benefit. I just need to work on neck-stretching more.

I know right, I love how she enjoys overall and through fashion as well. Sounds like you're going at your own pace and building on what you enjoy. Water aerobics is no joke! We're in this for the long haul💪🏽

She is absolutely correct about an abundance of information about diet and exercise information online, at the library, doctors, studies, etc. Jackie has never claimed to be a fitness/diet expert. And she can run into legal issues with that kind of advice if she isn't an expert.

It can be helpful to see how others stay fit, as there’s always something to learn - but ultimately, it's her decision what to share. It's a hard position to be in because she's responsible for what she shares but once it leave her mouth, she can't control how the information is interpreted and applied.

100 jump ropes between each exercise. 🔄 Repeat 2-3 times or go for 3-4 rounds for the ultimate post-workout burn! 🔥

Thank you for this video! I admire you deeply, and am inspired by you. It's been a year and a half since I received a clinical diagnosis of Stage 4, "inoperable, incurable," breast cancer. Sixteen years since my original diagnosis of DCIS. I have made some mistakes and bad decisions, but I am still employing alternative and natural approaches only. The most reassuring part of my journey is that, up to this point, I've preserved a bit more, and in some small ways, even improved my quality of life. I "don't look sick," which often translates into not receiving attention and support from family and friends,... and people making ignorant comments like, You are stronger than me! You look better than I do! As if to minimize my constant effort and fight to stay alive. I cannot take anything for granted. I do look sick. I've lost over 30 pounds, body muscle tone, and even-toned, smooth skin on my face in the past two years. I aged sudden and rapidly. Sometimes people are just trying to encourage and make you feel better. Other times they are in denial. Still other times they lack compassion for what is not glaringly obvious and blaringly dire. I guess it's understandable, but I do not envy them the shock and guilt on top of the loss that they did not see coming. Wishing you all the best!❤

Hi, While it's recommended to do 2-3 sets of each workout for the best results, there's no strict rule. The main goal is to push your limits and make progress. If you're just starting out or pressed for time, doing just 1 set of each exercise is totally fine. The important thing is to stay consistent and give it your all.

What I appreciate about her workout is the minimal jumping involved. On some days, you just want to feel the burn in your muscles without too much impact. This makes it ideal for beginners who might not yet have the strength to handle high-impact exercises. Low-impact workouts like this allow you to ease into fitness. The emphasis on strength and high repetitions ensures that you're building muscle and getting a good cardio workout, which is excellent for long-term weight management.

I’ve suggested how many repetitions to do for each exercise, but if you prefer to train for time, you could always set your timer to complete each exercise for 30 seconds or one minute.
