My guy, you are failing at providing the basic information about the property like the area/location, the estate name and any specs about the property. If you cannot mention this in your video just write the information in the description. I have noticed most of your videos are lacking this detail/information and its really starting to turn me off now. This is not an attack but an honest feedback.

I would stay away from Waterfall, especially, if you have kids. My opinion is it is not worth it.

@@dirxtope If you want to saddle your future generations with unnecessary renewal of a lease then go ahead. Personally, I hate having to lease a land the way Waterfall does it. We are leasing the land currently if you factor in rates and taxes monthly, but that is a slightly better alternative considering that it is "government" and not some company that will make things difficult should your future generations have financial issues. Each to their own, I guess, but I would avoid Waterfall like a plague.

This is a nice property. The rooms are nice and spacious. It does need some updating. The tuscan aesthetic is dated but the rooms are nicely proportioned. I'd rather have this and update it than the new townhouses at the same price point.. Lonehill is a nice area..
