I'm 72 years old with a proximal humerus shoulder fracture because I fall down. I have done many of your exercises which helped me a lot...thank you. I still have pain when I try to stretch my hand in my back and cannot do snow angel exercises. Is there a stage X111 video? Which video do you suggest that could help my arm to go further at the back? I have no problems with other motion movements thank God.

I cannot believe how well this worked, this is the second or third video of yours I’ve watched. Super frequent tmj and ear pain, none of the specialist or doctors can find anything wrong and what they suggest does t help or makes it worse(hearing testing, physical therapy, tmj specialist, dentist, ent, etc) Don’t normally leave a comment but am always so grateful how well your videos work for pain relief and just improving body function!! Thank you!!

Hello again Dr Fields! I made it to round 2. I just want to thank you once again. This is my first experience with a fractured bone, and I left the ER clinic with a sling and an X-ray, and no advice really, just a sheet and orthopedic referrals. My first time at the Ortho, I left even more confused. Only DR there, 4 or 5 rooms filled with patients, zipping in and out. He basically looked at my X-ray, confirming my proximal humerus fracture, and said see you in 4 weeks. I left with so many questions and actually asked to speak to him, but he had just left for lunch! I feel like not being a “surgical” case, where the money is, I had a rushed appt! And also cutting into his lunch, as I had to wait 45 minutes!! I just felt so alone in this, and it’s an awful, traumatizing injury! So sad to see how healthcare is declining today! Especially for us hard working senior citizens who have paid into the system our whole lives! That’s why I commend you for your kindness, patience, and helping us all! Life is hard enough without added stress, so knowing there are good people out there, gives me hope! You have helped me so much! You are awesome! Not sure where you are located, but assuming Cali, since you used the word narly! Lol I went to college in CA back in the 80’s and lived in Newport Beach.. Heard that a lot. Please open a satellite office in Massachusetts! 🙏🏻 We need more drs like you! Thank you, thank you, for keeping me positive and helping me through this journey! With your videos, I was able to stick my hand under the faucet to wash it! And cracked an egg this morning! Woot woot! Celebrate the small victories as you say. I also remembered a quote my dad always said.. “I once cried because I had no shoes, til I saw the man that had no feet” Very powerful sentence. Sorry for the VERY long rant! I am feeling ok today, and it’s because of you!!! XO

This was amazing. I am almost 1 year into my second bout. My biggest problem (I feel) is in my scapula? All the pain starts there. I am using the massage gun on the scap but at such a weird angle 😒 Is there anything else I can do?

I've had an earache for several days, the first exercise where you just sort of massage downward behind the ear and I felt a significant release of fluid pressure. Thank you so much for the information! I'll be doing these exercises every day until I'm fully cleared up.

I didn’t get any relief at all from these exercises. I have this incessant low pitched ringing in my right ear (mainly noticeable when I sleep/lie down) that just won’t go away no matter what I do. No other symptoms, except for the occasional temporary blocked ear and hearing loss. I think it started when I had Covid?? The air rushing when I did the jaw wiggling did feel very restricted though, that’s one thing. The only relief I ever got was when I went on a plane and a pressurised high speed train, and after that it was fully gone, but back within two weeks. I’ve been to the doctor twice, I’ve got antihistamines and a nasal spray but they haven’t done anything. It’s been many months, and I don’t know what to do. I hope someone can relate or perhaps give me some clue on what’s going on! My quality of life is not the greatest at the moment because of it! 😢🙏

These TMJ/TMD therapies are soooooo amazing!! I absolutely from the bottom of my heart thank you for posting these. My parents are dying and they are 2000 away and I’ve had a swollen lymph node and gum/jaw/teeth pain from clenching at night. These have helped so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you so much for your videos. 73yo very active lifestyle. Break in the greater tuberosity. Another dog story...ugh Was NOT paying attention when our German Shepherd crossed in front of me trying to protect me from oncoming dog. I tripped over her went up in the air and fell on my left shoulder on CONCRETE. x-ray showed a bit less than 5mm displacement so decided no surgery. I have been in the sling for 8 weeks wanting to make sure the bone is healed before I do anything. Now the bone is healed and I can do all of your exercises along with PT 3xs a week. Time to get over this!!! Your videos are immensely needed. Really appreciate your explanations as to what is going on under the skin. So grateful for you. (PS would not have waited 8 weeks in sling but decided to take a trip to Switzerland anyway😄, thus delaying final x-ray to confirm that the bones are healed...now I have some catching up to do...with your excellent help)

Dear Doctor Adam, First of all thank you for your interest, I started doing the exercises 2 days ago. I hear noise coming from my ears when I chew food and move my jaw forward. They took an MRI for the jaw and said there was very little degeneration, but that was not the problem. As a classic answer, they said get used to living with tinnitus.

Can this be tried for brain hemorrhage person who lost his speach
@dradamfields3 күн бұрын
I think it could be a part of an overall rehab process but this is not a stand-alone treatment for that person. They will need a speech therapist to help reroute the parts of the brain that have been compromised. I would get on a plethora of brain supplements also.

I think obesity is a risk factor for ETD. I have recently gained a bit of weight and now I have ETD. Another cause is allergies to dust and excessive use of chlorine based cleaners for my bathroom?
@dradamfields3 күн бұрын
I would agree. However, maybe not obesity on it's own but the lifestyle that would create obesity. Time to run toward health and never look back. Thank you for your transparency and insights.

Well, geez. Marie here (68). I've been following you faithfully since the week of May 14th, and my doctor is totally impressed with my progress. I commented once before on this. I've run into a snag. I hurt my wrist when I fell and broke my shoulder. I was doing pretty well with most of the exercises until now. I cannot bend my wrist backward, so this week's video was a disaster. I need to continue to build the muscles in my upper arm, but I am at a loss as to how to level up with my wrist being unable to support pressure. I can use my fingers to push against a wall (keeping my wrist straight), but other than that, it's too painful. Any suggestions? I hate to think I'm at the end of being able to help myself get through this.
