Her company thought that because she broke federal law and hit my car I was at fault. My insurance carrier would do nothing for me because I only carried liability. Insurance companies are crap.

Im fighting the case myself, due to another accident a year later and pre existing conditions, so it leaves me no other choice but to fight. Thank you for this video. I was a Marine Corps body builder when I received a compression fracture of my T8 and a hyper flexion injury to my cervical neck that effected my T-7-T10 as I went over the handle bars, hit the back of my head and my body hyper flexed resulting in such a wide range of injuries. My injury, in 1991, also resulted in many torn tendons and ligaments on the left side of my neck.

I never had an accident before but today in the gas station when I was leaving while I was adjusting my mirror I hit a mini Jaguar fender and a little bit of the front bumper with my truck Titan, the car was parked and nobody was inside but honestly I didn’t reach to see it with my blind spot of my passenger’s side mirror I only have liability so I told the guy that I know is my fault and I gave my insurance information Even when it was a little damage I know that this is a very expensive vehicle. Because is Friday I have to wait until Monday to see what is going to happen. Just nervous because not idea how much is going to cost the deductible and I also feel bad for the another person car because he didn’t do anything wrong.
