The force created him to save the galaxy and bring peace to it he was born through that not through a man and woman having sex. I sincerely hope that you are doing the sequels. This is what the prequels should have been. Makes more sense in the hero arc and creates more emotional investment in characters. Great premise. If I was George, I’d be fuming!

I think if Anakin was a teenager and Hayden played Anakin from Episode 1, he would have his character figured out in time for Episode 2. There's a big reason Ewan's best performance wasn't in 1, but 2 and 3, and Hayden's was 3. I enjoy Episode 2 and 3 a lot, and some parts of Episode 1, but I feel like if the romance stuff was better written, like the deleted scenes between Anakin and Padme, it would make for a much better experience.

Honestly I agree with you, on what you said about this whole script on Scooby Doo, especially the scene with Scooby turning into a straight up monster. Hearing you say that and picturing that scene in my head, that would be genuinely disturbing. Yeah, the theatrical version with Scooby dying on screen is a bit much because that’s the character many people grew up with, the one whose name is in the title, basically dying, RIPPING THE SOUL OUT OF A DOG!!! Yes, that scene is a bit hard to fathom, but what you described is so much worse. And I thought Scrappy turning into a big monster was bad, no, what you described makes the Scrappy turning evil trope sound like a genius idea. I kid you not, Scooby Doo turning into a monster, that’s what makes me a bit uncomfortable as well, as would probably a lot of people and possibly scare children as well. Scooby Doo, the title character, turning into a monster, that is really hard to take in. Turning a silly, but fun dog you grew up with into a monster, that is genuinely disturbing. That’s basically the equivalent of taking Super Mario and having him kill Luigi onscreen, his own brother, after all the build up of killing the enemies from world to world turning him into a straight up serial killer, which would be so wrong as well. I’m honestly glad this never happened in the final cut because 1.) It would be really disturbing. And 2.) That would be the scene to ultimately ruin Scooby Doo. There are some bizarre moments in the movie but I think that would be the scene to ruin Scooby Doo and why the character and show was so beloved. Having Scooby’s soul ripped out is bad enough but imagine having that replaced with Scooby turning into a monster? That would be so much worse. But on a plus side, I do agree with you on the Shaggy part where from him and Scooby’s point of view, the monsters felt real to them, which is a very good point to Shaggy. He and Scooby are in the most dire situations when it comes to the monsters and it does make them the bravest ones of all. I think they should’ve kept that bit in the movie, it would’ve been very in character for Shaggy and showed how far he came. All in all, great in depth review, there are some things that are better than the final cut and some things that should’ve been left in the cutting room floor. A real neat novelty, I must say, even if it wouldn’t be much better if released to the public.

I just realized, you made Anakin lose his hand in episode 1 and not 2 like all the other rewrites.

This is a great interpretation of the story, I love this version. However my advice would be that if you do the Darth Vader suit then don’t name drop Luke and Leia as to not spoil the twist in Empire.
