My answer: For some companies using social media in work time by employees is bad idea and some of them think about it good. In this essay i will share my idea about behaviour of companies about using social media networks in work time. I think the advantages of using social media in work time is getting rid of work stress and another benefit is when you use social media you can be more creative at work, so being relax and creative is key reason for using social media at work time. On the other hand using social media at work time is can be harmful for companies.For example if employees spend too much time at the social media in the work time, the tasks can not be completed in companies. Moreover the manager of the company can lose his influence on employees thus using social media at work time can cause problems. To sum up in this essay i shared my ideas about using social media at work time. For me it is not good idea using social media at the work time because manager of the company can lose his infulence on employess. Can you give me feedback Jay
