Or, you can take a screw clamp for hoses and remove the screw part, while reducing the size that fits...then push up into the release, just like you would with the special tool!

Hi sir how long last jetta timing belt & serpentine belt ???
@EandEDesign4 ай бұрын
This will depend on the model. Timing belts are usually around every 100000 miles. Serpentine belts have similar life however sometimes have to be replaced sooner than that. Try searching online for a maintenance schedule for you year, make, model and you should be able to find the recommended intervals.

Dude you cannot get a strong ASA print without an enclosure
@bradleyhovan9390 Жыл бұрын
Christ dude stop
@EandEDesign Жыл бұрын
@@bradleyhovan9390 Not sure if this second comment is talking to yourself or what but your first comment is not entirely true. Lower Z height prints can function without an enclosure due to bed heat and it is also greatly affected by environmental temps/airflow. Larger ASA parts will not only require an enclosure but also require a heated chamber for best results. I recommend the Gearbox3D HT2 for that job. Have a great week and thanks for watching! :)

Thanks - will the tool and procedure be the same at the fuel filter for common late model VWs? Also, what disconnect tool set are you using?
@EandEDesign10 ай бұрын
I am not 100% sure on the fuel filters but if it looks similar then I'd be willing to bet it is the same. See the links I listed in the description!

Do you have to change the part of the printer to print ASA? I have a brand Anycubic kobra Neo printer and I want to print ASA with it, but I don't know if I can or should I change a part?

Is the tensioner supposed to be bouncing like that? I had the same issue . Replaced with a new aftermarket belt still bounces alot. Replaced it again with an oem still the same play in belt.
@joshuathorsland92114 ай бұрын
your tensioner failed because your alternator clutch pulley was locked up, causing the belt to bounce putting stress on it@@EandEDesign
@EandEDesign4 ай бұрын
@@joshuathorsland9211 This is a non dampened system. The tensioner will change positions with load and rpm. Completely normal with any belted systems. This is why you will see more complicated systems have hydraulic shocks to dampen these changes. The tensioner in this video that failed was an old revision. The design flaw has been fixed in the new revision. Thanks for watching!

Did you notice any audible note of the tensioner failing before it at the belt? We have a 15 Passat and can hear a sound change when turning on/off the ac, I’m hoping it’s just the tensioner, AC blows plenty cold.
@derkaderkastan4207 ай бұрын
It’ll sound like the dmc but it’s not. And the ac pulley just locks. Normally if you get the rattle it’s the alternator pulley

Great work on the design. I have to admit when you first showed it I thought why on earth not have a flat surface to the bead to make it child's play to print? From what I can see the only way to do dual material totally reliably is IDEX printer.

Great viedeo! I ran into the same issue with my mmu2s. I tried to print PLA and PETG with a water soluble material and also had layer bonding issues. I guess it just doesn´t work with the mmu units from Prusa.
