I don't pre-cut my vegetables cause I cut them in different sizes and shapes depending on the type of dish I'm cooking. So, I just wash them and put them in different containers. As for meat, I would wrap them up in parchment paper instead of cellophane wrap to reduce plastic waste, and store them in containers too. Thanks for the healthy eating tips!

Thanks for your comment! Along with Japanese cuisine, traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi) are almost fat-free, so they might help you improve your health without adding any stress :)✨🍡

Recipe for cooking the chicken chop in rice cooker? Settings and timing? 😊
@Akane_Kato11 күн бұрын
Sorry for the delay! Here’s the recipe for you. Hope you enjoy making it😊 1. Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp cooking sake, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tsp grated garlic in the rice cooker bowl. 2. Add one chicken breast (frozen is okay) skin-side down. 3. Cover with aluminum foil and start the regular rice cooking cycle. Optional: Add boiled eggs and keep on warm for 10 min after cooking✨
