So I THINK Matt would have rolled 10d10 for damage so with a roll of 54 I can buy that that was what he actually rolled cos the more dice you roll the more they have a tendency to average out, but I can totally understand if he fudged this one.

I, much like Sam it seems, always had a sneaking suspicion the snitch rolled a little too good... ..which is why I love and share Sam's reaction when he said: "It's a different die, too..." Hahaha. Such a memorable moment. Excellent D&D.

that got dispelled for me when taliesin was getting a lot of nat 20's during a session, matt banned the golden snitch for the rest of the session and marisha reached over and rolled it and immediately rolled a nat 1 lol. not to mention he got like two or three more nat 20's with a different dice. i don't remember what episode exactly, i just know somewhere around the whitestone section of the briarwood arc.

I haven't seen this episode yet (I'm only on Episode 42) so I might be missing some context here. But Keyleth is a druid. Why didn't she wildshape into a bird and fly over the lava? (Again, I might be missing some context here. She could have been out of wildshapes for the day. But if I were playing a druid and I were in that situation, that would be my first instinct.)

hi I know this is old. My guess is she was saving her bonus action to do Healing Word, a spell with a wider range, and since she's circle of the moon, wild shaping would've taken her bonus action away, and maybe she couldn't do cure wounds instead

I don't understand why she can fail the jump. 5e States that you can jump a number of feet equal to your Strength Score. She should make the 5-6ft with no issue :S

Same! I miss the gaming scene much more than anything... like, to get this many people to make a video back then was just something they wouldn't attest to. Now? People will be like "What's in it for me? Oh it's just for fun, no money or rewards involved? Count me out." nowadays. Mine 1/2 and The Pwned Life will always be videos I show people how gaming was just so much better back then.
