The GPU is not using it's 100%, if you increase the graphics settings and resolution it can help reduce the bottleneck

10 yes. 11, yes but only unofficially with an edited installer. ReviOS or similar will help you out.

i got to know someone that used gtx 660 with core 2 quad q9300 even tho it has a lot of bottleneck its usable. gddr is not that important it bothers gpu itself most

Slow ram, and 8GB is just unsufficient. I'm using 16GB 1866mhz, overclockable. Overclocking the cores to 4ghz, and the GFX to 900mhz. Also, wrong info. It's 2 core but 4 logic core total. Which means the design of the dualcore is done to optimize transfert process and works "like a 4 core". It has 6 Gcore too. You should also test with emulations to show if it's working fine with them or not, mine struggles a lil with WII games. Run PS2 with no efforts.

I am using a Pc with X4 635 (volontary underclocking !) 13 years old , 16 Go Ram , 3 SDD, 1 HDD, GA-970A-D3 mainboard, noctua CPU FAN and PC case , 730 Gt. Win 10 x64 Pro I have nerver Hardware failure. It's a reable cpu with more usage........😀 Holding Comparison to recent AMD and Intel platforms

Did you clean the grill/cooler fins? I have the same CPU in my X201 with a way more basic cooler, yet i get 75C max and a score of 198 in CB R15.

imo the best super low budget old school amd setup is an asrock a68m-itx with an amd athlon x4 760k. with that board using amd's turbo core feature i was able to hit a stable 4.4 normal/4.8 turbo, which hit around 107 in cb15 single, which was around the single threaded performance of the e8600. i subsequently built a rig with an asus p8b deluxe and an e8600 overclocked to 4.5ghz from the oem 3.3ghz. it was stable and with an oc'd gtx 960 and 8 gigs of 800mhz memory in 1:1 with tightened timings, it slaughtered that 760k. it hit around 142 cb single.

I have recovered an Asus motherboard in good condition with an X2 250. I bought a second hand X4 635 for 35 € well at least to put the x4 that allows to play video games that require a cpu with 4 cores, which we can not do with the x2 250. After some people say that the x4 has less performance than an x2 completely wrong, the x4 give better performance in video games. For my part with the x4 I run in low but good quality current games like Days'Gone, Biomutant, Kena, Vampire Sawsong, etc....

Your additional ram will use nothing less than 10gb to function. It is worth it

Sir can you do a review for AMD A10-5800k. This APU I have now for my pisonet. Planning to upgrade for A10-5800 but, there is no solid review like you did here on A4-5300
